Principal's Message

Dear Parents/Guardians, Students, and Community Members, 

As we look ahead to the 2025–2026 school year, it continues to be an honor and privilege to serve as the principal of Jackson Middle School. I am excited to welcome both returning and new families to a year filled with opportunity, growth, and connection. 

We are proud to share that Jackson Middle School continues to be recognized as an AVID National Demonstration School, a distinction that reflects our unwavering commitment to preparing all students for college readiness and success in a global society. In addition, we are honored to be a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School, a testament to the strong, positive relationships we build with our students and the safe, supportive environment we cultivate every day. At Jackson, we believe that when students feel connected and cared for, they thrive—and these recognitions affirm the heart and hard work of our entire school community. 

Our goal remains clear: to provide a high-quality education that prepares students to be life-long learners, problem solvers, and innovative thinkers. In addition to strong academics, one of our top priorities is ensuring that every student feels safe, valued, and engaged. We encourage all students to get involved in the many activities and programs we offer throughout the year. 

We also know that parent involvement is essential to student success. We invite you to take an active role in your child’s education by participating in opportunities such as PTA, School Site Council (SSC), English Learners Advisory Council (ELAC), monthly parent workshops, Back to School Night, Open House, and parent/teacher conferences. Together, we can build a strong foundation for every child’s success.
